Services
Three kinds of work. All of them proper.
Most of my week is one of these. Each comes with a written quote, a start date on the calendar, and a cert at the end.
House wiring
Re-wires, extensions, attic conversions, kitchen re-wires, new fuse boards. I'll come out, walk the job, and quote from what I see, not from the phone.
- Full and partial re-wires
- Consumer unit (fuse board) upgrades
- Kitchens, bathrooms, extensions
- Smoke and carbon monoxide detector circuits
- EICR certificates when you're selling or letting
Shops & small commercial
Single-phase and three-phase work, lighting plans for retail floors, EICR certificates for leases. I work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends so the doors stay open.
- Three-phase upgrades and supplies
- Shop lighting design and install
- EICR for commercial leases
- EV chargers (commercial and workplace)
- Solar PV and battery storage (CRU certified)
Emergency callout
Sparks, smoke, partial power loss, burning smell, water in the fuse board. Same-day in greater Dublin, evenings and weekends included in the standard rate.
- Same-day response in Dublin 6, 6W, 8, 10, 12
- Outside core Dublin: next working day
- If I can't come, I tell you who I trust nearby
